We’ve had a great day celebrating today with friends, food and fireworks. I love that we can ride our bikes to Dave and Jamie’s for dinner and then walk to the greatest view of the fireworks in the city. Our neighborhood had lots of block parties going on. It was like a kids dream come true.
I just have to say though that the one of the greatest parts of today was going to church and watching 6 people be baptized and hearing how God has changed their lives and brought incredible freedom. We are a blessed nation to have all the freedom that we have. But even greater than that is the freedom that we have if we have Christ living in us and leading us. Incredible! I have so much to be thankful for.
